NMS Back To School / Curriculum Night

This evening is all about giving families a chance to meet your child’s teachers, check out our amazing learning spaces, and hear about team expectations and the curriculum for each subject. It’s a great way to see what your child’s school day looks like and how we work together to support learning.
Back to School Night is different from Parent-Teacher Conferences in November. Tonight is a big-picture overview, while conferences are the time for more personal conversations about your child’s individual progress.
Your child will bring home a hard copy of a schedule for this night so you know where to report. This will be done a day or two before the event.
Grade 6 = 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. Grade 8 = 7:00 - 7:45 p.m.
Grade 7 = 6:15 - 7:00 p.m. Specials/Student Services = 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
Grade 6 = 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Homeroom: 5:30 - 5:35
