Record Setting day for the Annual NMS Turkey Carnival!

I want  to recognize the NMS Student Council  for the incredible job they did yesterday keeping every game running, staying organized, and adjusting seamlessly whenever we needed it. Their leadership and teamwork were outstanding, and I’m genuinely grateful for the energy they put into making the event a success.

A special thank you as well to our Student Council advisors, Ms. Motyl and Ms. Butler, whose guidance, planning, and behind-the-scenes work made everything possible.

I also want to thank our students for coming down, donating, having fun, supporting one another, and even passing along unused tickets for the next group. Their generosity and enthusiasm truly captured the spirit of the day.

     Also a special thank you to Mrs. Keenan and the members of the photography club !

Another thank you and recognition goes to the NMS Parent Board that supplied and created three awesome raffle baskets

 

And none of this happens without our families. Thank you for sending in donations and for continually supporting our efforts. Our traditions only matter because our community stands behind them.

Because of this town’s continued generosity, this year’s Turkey Carnival raised $3,146 and collected 832 food items for the Norton Cupboard of Kindness and St. Vincent de Paul.

I am incredibly proud of everyone involved. This community shows up every single time and I’m deeply grateful.
