Dear 8th Grade Students and Families,

As our 8th graders begin looking ahead to high school, we want to make you aware of an upcoming opportunity to learn more about Norton High School.

Norton High School will host an Open House on Thursday, November 12, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity for students and families to explore the high school, learn about its programs and activities, and begin preparing for the transition to 9th grade.

Open House Schedule:

  • 6:00–6:30 p.m. | Auditorium Presentation: All students and families should report directly to the Norton High School Auditorium for an introductory presentation.

  • 6:30–7:30 p.m. | Extracurricular Activities: Following the presentation, families can visit the gymnasium to learn more about the clubs, athletics, and extracurricular opportunities available at NHS.

  • School Tours: Tours of Norton High School will also be available following the presentation. All tours will begin in the cafeteria.

We encourage all 8th grade students and their families to attend. This is an excellent opportunity to become familiar with the building, explore the many opportunities available, and get a better sense of what to expect next year.
